Lara Baynes holds her Honours Diploma as a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Registered Shiatsu Therapist from the Windsong School of Healing in Campbell River, BC, accredited through P.C.T.I.A.

Through a lifelong desire to help people heal themselves, and her own path of personal healing, Lara has dedicated many years of personal study and growth in the field of natural healing.

Receiving her Relaxation Massage Certificate from Mount Royal College, AB in 1993, Lara has been practicing massage ever since. Having the desire to expand and share her knowledge took her back to school in 2006.
